Advisory

Many families reach out to us saying, “We know we need some help, but we’re not sure what kind of care is best.” It’s also common to hear, “My parent is quite resistant to having anyone come into their home.”

We understand how difficult it can feel to take the first step towards arranging Domiciliary Care. That’s why we offer a free, no-obligation home care consultation with our experienced Registered Care Manager, Carole.

During this visit, Carole will listen to your concerns, explain the different types of home care support available, share examples of how we have helped people in similar situations, and provide clear recommendations tailored to your loved one’s needs.

If interested family members don’t live locally to Windsor, we are happy to include them by use of technology.

Because we don’t enforce minimum term contracts, many families feel more comfortable trying our Domiciliary Care Services. Most often, once they experience the reassurance and independence that care at home provides, they choose to continue receiving our support.

Client Testimonial

It is difficult knowing where to begin, and I am unused to writing reviews for anything! However, all my dealings with Great Park Homecare have always been excellent. They provide individualised care. I know my husband is getting the best he can from the carers and the company. These comments are set against experiences of at least three other providers during the last 11-years. Clearly, the last 12-months or so have been “The Best” for us.
