Dementia Care Services

Dementia is a condition that affects memory, behaviour, and cognition, often leaving families feeling as though they have “lost” a loved one even while they are still physically present. Supporting someone with dementia at home can be one of the most emotionally challenging experiences for families.

At Great Park Homecare, we specialise in providing trusted Domiciliary Dementia Care that allows individuals to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. Unlike agencies, we never use temporary staff. Every carer is carefully recruited and trained in-house, completing our specialist dementia training programme. Each member of our team qualifies as a Dementia Champion, ensuring the highest standards of care and understanding.

Our Registered Manager works closely with families to understand the individual diagnosis and create a tailored dementia care plan that meets the unique needs of each person. As dementia symptoms and behaviours change, we adapt our support to provide ongoing reassurance, safety, and dignity at home.

With Great Park Homecare, you can be confident your loved one is receiving compassionate, consistent, and expert home dementia care.

Client Testimonial

My wife has Alzheimer’s and isn’t always the easiest of patients to deal with. We have about six different carers per week, and there isn’t one that I could criticise. My wife gets on well with them all and considers them her friends; they help us in any way they can. From my point of view, I would have difficulty managing without their help. The carers, office staff do their job to the highest possible standard.
